1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and not installed
• In its original packaging
• With all accessories, manuals, and components included
• In the same condition as received

Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned once delivered:

• Installed solar panels
• Installed solar water heaters
• Installed solar pumps or solar systems
• Batteries that have been used or connected
• Custom or special-order equipment
• Clearance or discounted items marked as non-returnable

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For heavy solar equipment such as panels, batteries, or water heaters, return shipping must be arranged using a reliable courier or freight service.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it will fall under the standard return policy.
